The popular Baby Martex^® brand of infant bedding and accessories is the offspring of Martex^®, flagship brand of WestPoint Stevens - the nation's premier producer of bed and bath home fashions sold at retail worldwide. Since 1915, when the Martex^® name first appeared in advertising, the brand has been known for consistent good value - quality and fashion leadership in a well-constructed product. Today's Martex^® is a trusted brand for everyday family use, and all its good value continues in the Baby Martex^® brand, which was launched in March 1999 by CoCaLo as a licensee partner of WestPoint Stevens. Baby Martex^® products in a variety of styles are available at stores throughout North America including Canada and Puerto Rico. In fall 2002, CoCaLo launched "Expectations" by Baby Martex^®, an exclusive line of infant bedding to the Target Corporation. The "Expectations" program gave Baby Martex^® and CoCaLo expanded national exposure and provided the opportunity to service a new customer base with their fashion forward, quality conscious designs.
